Refund policy

Returns

A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from Jennifer@FauxRealJewelry.com. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

A.) Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the package.

B.) Discounted and Sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges.

C.) Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with FRJ tags attached.
 
All returns will be refunded in the original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within seven (7) business days.
 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change.  FauxRealJewelry.com is unable to offer price adjustments.

Repairs
Jewelry by nature is delicate. We are happy to repair an item, at no charge to you, within the first 90 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 90 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs varies depending on style.
